Deliverability FAQs

Deliverability is the ability of your emails to reach subscribers’ inboxes instead of landing in spam or being rejected by the receiving server.
They are email-authentication protocols. SPF validates that a server is authorized to send email from your domain. DKIM adds a digital signature verifying that the email was not modified. DMARC defines what to do with email that fails SPF or DKIM. All three are essential for strong deliverability.
It depends on your sending volume. Above 50,000 emails per month, a dedicated IP gives you full control over reputation. For lower volumes, our carefully managed shared IPs provide strong deliverability.
Warm-up gradually increases sending volume from a new IP. Mailbox providers such as Gmail and Outlook distrust IPs without history; warming builds reputation progressively and reduces spam placement.
The optimizer analyzes subscriber lists and detects invalid emails, spam traps, temporary addresses and risky subscribers. Review results before applying changes. It runs on every import and can also run manually.
Hard bounces such as a nonexistent address are disabled immediately and not retried. Soft bounces such as a full mailbox are retried automatically. After repeated soft bounces, the address is disabled to protect your reputation.
